• Late cancellations or absence may result in a chargeable fee.

4. Payment Policy

• Payments must be made before or immediately after the session.
• We accept UPI, cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
• Once the session is completed, payments are non-refundable.

• All client health information and records are kept fully confidential.
• We do not share your data with any third party unless required by law or with your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Active Physio Hub is not responsible for:

• Any adverse reaction to therapy,
• Allergic responses to materials,
• Discomfort or pain after sessions,
• Injury caused due to withholding medical history.

Clients must inform us of any existing medical condition, surgery, injury, or allergy before therapy begins.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate medical history.
• Follow therapist guidance during treatment.
• Not attend therapy under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Avoid self-treatment or misuse of professional advice.

8. Website Usage

• You must not misuse our website by spreading false information, spam, or harmful content.
• All text, images, logos, and graphics are property of Active Physio Hub and cannot be copied without permission.
