How do I book an appointment?
You can book by calling 9818107444, emailing info@activephysiohub.com, or using the appointment form on our website. Please provide preferred dates and a short description of your concern.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to a portion of the session charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is requested before or immediately after the session. Receipts are provided on request.
Are the therapies safe? Any side effects?
Most therapies are safe when performed by trained therapists. Temporary soreness, redness, or mild bruising can occur (e.g., with dry needling or cupping). Inform your therapist of any allergies, medications, or health conditions before treatment.
Do you accept insurance or provide medical referrals?
Currently we do not process insurance claims directly but we provide detailed invoices and treatment notes which you can submit to your insurer. We can also provide referrals to specialists when required.
